Instructions
- Combine the salmon, panko, egg, curry paste, and cilantro in a bowl and mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape the mixture into 3 patties, using damp hands to prevent sticking.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with Thai cucumber salad and sweet chili sauce.
