Ingredients

  • 8 oz fish paste
  • ½ unit egg
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • 5 unit snake beans
  • 5 unit kaffir lime leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth fish paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pot, wet your hands, and shape the fish paste into patties.
  3. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Serve the fish cakes hot with Thai cucumber salad.
