Instructions
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat and add oil.
- Add ginger and red chilies, cooking until their aromas are released.
- Add the lala clams and stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, taucheo (if using), and water, and stir-fry until the clams open.
- Add scallions and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice.
