The filling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the crust by processing the graham crackers and pecans, then mixing in sugar and butter. Press into the pan and pre-bake.
- For the filling, mix all filling ingredients until smooth and pour into the warm crust.
- Bake until the filling is set, then cool completely before refrigerating.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and pecans if desired.
