Sparkling Pomegranate Punch

champagne or sparkling wine

pomegranate

Candied rosemary

Instructions
- Combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, apple cider, and lemon juice in a large punch bowl and stir.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge until ready to serve.
- When serving, slowly pour in champagne (or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version) and add orange bitters.
- Gently mix and add pomegranate arils.
- Ladle into glasses and top with a sprig of candied rosemary.
