Classic Three Bean Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Drain and rinse each can of beans, then add them to a mixing bowl.
- Thinly slice the yellow onion and add it to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegars, sugar, canola oil, and kosher salt.
- Pour the dressing over the beans and onion, then toss lightly to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
