The dressing

Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt; set aside.
- Boil the green beans for 3 to 4 minutes until tender, then drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water.
- Add the green beans, dark and light red kidney beans, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and parsley to a salad bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat.
