The dressing

Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Microwave the green beans in water for 2-3 minutes until tender and crisp, then drain and add to the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8-12 hours before serving.
