Instructions
- Mix the kosher salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl and set aside.
- Rinse the sweet potatoes and scrub off any dirt.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into ¼ inch French fries, keeping them uniform in size.
- Soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, if desired.
- Dry the fries with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fries and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the fries and toss to combine.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees and spray the basket with non-stick spray.
- Add the fries in a single layer to the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook the fries at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through for crisper fries.
