Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF and spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Wash and pat dry the sweet potato, then chop it into fries about ¼-inch thick.
- In a bowl, drizzle the sweet potato fries with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and cornmeal. Toss to coat.
- Cook the fries in two batches, spreading them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes, flip the fries, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat until all fries are cooked.
- Serve with ketchup or your preferred dip.
