Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a small container or jar and mix well.
- Place chicken, steak, or other protein in a shallow dish or zip-top bag.
- Pour the marinade over the protein and flip to coat completely.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, up to 24 hours.
- Remove from the container and cook the protein to your liking.
- Baste with leftover marinade while cooking for extra flavor, ensuring it is boiled first to kill any bacteria.
