Ingredients

The marinade

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

The steak

  • 4 (8 oz) steaks

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Place the steaks in a gallon size resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag while pressing out excess air and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill to desired doneness.
  6. Let the steaks rest off heat for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
