The steak
Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Place the steaks in a gallon size resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag while pressing out excess air and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill to desired doneness.
- Let the steaks rest off heat for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
