The Best Steak Marinade

Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until thick and combined.
- Place the steak in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible, and ensure the steak is fully covered.
- Let the steak marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Before grilling, bring the steak to room temperature by taking it out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
