Sirloin steaks (at least 1 inch thick, preferably 1.5 inches)

Compound Butter (optional, but recommended for serving)
Instructions
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour the marinade into a zip lock bag, add the steaks, seal, and coat well.
- Marinate for at least 3-8 hours, up to 24 hours.
- Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature.
- Preheat the grill to high (500°F) for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the steaks on the grill, close the lid, and sear for 2 minutes on each side.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and grill until desired doneness is reached.
- Transfer steaks to a plate, top with compound butter, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
