Garlic Herb Butter

Instructions
- Make the garlic herb butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350-400°F).
- Pat the steaks dry and brush both sides with avocado oil.
- Season both sides liberally with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the hot grill and close the lid. Do not touch the steaks while they cook.
- Flip the steaks at the recommended times based on desired doneness: 3-4 minutes for rare, 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, 5-6 minutes for medium, and 6-8 minutes for well done.
- Once the steaks reach the desired doneness, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Top the steaks with a scoop of garlic herb butter before serving.
