ribeye steaks (1 lb each, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2-inches thick)
The seasoning

The butter mixture

minced fresh rosemary

minced fresh garlic
Instructions
- Sprinkle kosher salt on both sides of the steaks and let them rest at room temperature for 45 to 60 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, rosemary, and garlic.
- Preheat the grill to 450 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Sprinkle pepper on both sides of the steaks.
- Grill the steaks for about 3 ½ to 7 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
- Use an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness.
- Let the steaks rest off the heat for 5 minutes, then brush with the garlic herb butter, slice, and serve.
