Rib Eye Steak with Garlic Butter

Instructions
- Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a heavy pan over high heat and add the oil.
- Place the steaks in the pan in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add the butter to the pan and let it melt, then add the garlic and rosemary.
- Spoon the butter mixture over the steaks.
- Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature, cooking until it reaches between 130-135 degrees F for medium.
- Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
