Garlic Chive Butter Grilled Steak

The garlic chive butter

salted butter, room temperature

small garlic, minced

chives, chopped
Instructions
- Make the garlic chive butter by whipping the butter, garlic, and chives together, then chill in the fridge.
- Season the steak with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
- Heat the outdoor grill to 500°F (260°C) with the lid closed.
- Grill each side of the steak for 7 minutes over direct heat.
- Transfer the steak to a serving platter, add the garlic chive butter on top, slice the steak into pieces, and serve immediately.
