Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 lb beef Top Sirloin Steak Boneless, cut 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp garlic & herb or onion & herb no-salt seasoning
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

The dressing

  • 2 Tbsp honey mustard
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp garlic & herb or onion & herb no-salt seasoning
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and reserve 1/4 cup for the salad.
  2. Brush remaining dressing on onion slices.
  3. Press 1 tablespoon of seasoning blend evenly onto the beef steak.
  4. Grill the steak over medium heat for 7 to 11 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
  5. Grill onion slices for 10 to 12 minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
  6. Carve beef into slices against the grain.
  7. Divide spinach among four plates and top with steak slices, tomatoes, onions, and eggs.
  8. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
