Garlic Herb Steak Salad

The salad

beef Top Sirloin Steak Boneless, cut 3/4 inch thick

garlic & herb or onion & herb no-salt seasoning

red onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices

fresh baby spinach

tomato, cut into wedges

hard-boiled
eggs, peeled and sliced
The dressing

honey mustard

Tbsp
olive oil

Tbsp
water

tsp
garlic & herb or onion & herb no-salt seasoning

tsp
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and reserve 1/4 cup for the salad.
- Brush remaining dressing on onion slices.
- Press 1 tablespoon of seasoning blend evenly onto the beef steak.
- Grill the steak over medium heat for 7 to 11 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
- Grill onion slices for 10 to 12 minutes until tender, turning occasionally.
- Carve beef into slices against the grain.
- Divide spinach among four plates and top with steak slices, tomatoes, onions, and eggs.
- Drizzle with reserved dressing.
