Instructions
- Marinate the steak and prep the vegetables.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
- Grill the steak and onion until cooked.
- Let the steak rest after grilling.
- Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl, excluding the steak.
- Add dressing and toss to coat the salad.
- Thinly slice the steak and add it to the salad, topping with remaining blue cheese.
