The salad

Instructions
- Prepare the steak by combining the seasonings and massaging them into the meat.
- Make the sauce by blending all sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Preheat the grill and chop the onion and tomatoes.
- Grill the steak, onions, tomatoes, and bok choy for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Let the steak rest before slicing it against the grain.
- Assemble the salad with leafy greens, grilled vegetables, and sliced steak.
- Drizzle the sauce over the salad and serve.
