Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 2. Cook the steak in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on thickness and preference.
- 3. While the steak cooks, slice the tomatoes and onion.
- 4. Once cooked, let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain into small strips.
- 5. Assemble the salad by placing the sliced tomatoes and arugula on a plate, topping with sliced steak, and drizzling with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- 6. Add additional salt and pepper if desired.
