Ingredients

The marinade

  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

The steak

  • 2 pounds flank steak

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl or a resealable bag.
  2. Add the flank steak to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, until it reaches 145 degrees F for medium.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
