Easy Marinated Flank Steak

The steak
Instructions
- Blend soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth, then add oil.
- Place the steak in a dish and pour the marinade over it, letting it marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature or up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and blot any excess.
- For griddling, heat the griddle to medium-high and cook the steak for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it reaches 130°F.
- For skillet cooking, heat the skillet to medium-high, cook the steak for 5 minutes on each side, then rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high and cook the steak for 5 minutes on each side, then rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
