The marinade

Instructions
- Blend garlic, cilantro, red wine vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a food processor until finely diced.
- Marinate the flank steak in 3/4 of the marinade for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F).
- Prepare the grill grates with cooking spray or oil.
- Grill the marinated flank steak for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the reserved marinade.
