Instructions
- Step 1: Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Place the flank steak in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's completely coated. Marinate in the fridge for at least 10 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
- Step 3: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature.
- Step 4: Sprinkle the steak with pepper and grill until the internal temperature reaches around 140°F, flipping several times.
- Step 5: Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing it against the grain and serving.
