Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add the Denver steak to a bowl and pour the marinade over it, letting it sit for five minutes.
- Heat a grill pan or barbecue, or add butter to a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook for about 8 minutes per side until it reaches a medium temperature of 140-145°F.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
