Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a liquid measuring cup and pour into a large plastic bag.
- Add the steaks to the marinade and shake to coat.
- Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, flipping once halfway through.
- Cook the marinated steaks on a grill or griddle to your preferred level of doneness.
- Allow the steaks to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
