Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat a medium-size pan over medium heat and add coconut oil, garlic, and green onion, cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, sambal oelek, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer the cooked and strained noodles to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to absorb into the noodles.
- Serve the noodles topped with more green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and ginger chili oil.
