Instructions
- Layer sliced onions in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, bell pepper, carrots, tomato sauce, tomato paste, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, curry powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
- Add the chicken mixture to the slow cooker on top of the onions.
- Dot the butter pieces over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 ½ hours or low for 6 ½ hours.
- After cooking, stir in yogurt and half-and-half once the mixture has cooled slightly.
- Serve over rice or cauliflower rice, garnished with cilantro and sesame seeds.
