Instructions
- Soak the Kanten and water in a small saucepan for about 30 minutes.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat while whisking well.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least a minute until Kanten dissolves completely.
- Add sugar and stir until fully incorporated.
- Stir in Koshian until well combined and thickened, then turn off the heat.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular container and chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Slice to serve.
