Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Add the eggs and whisk until blended.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and stir until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, then allow to cool before slicing.
