Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Coffee)

The milk
Instructions
- Combine instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water in a bowl.
- Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the mixture for 2 to 5 minutes until fluffy.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and whip any unmixed bits.
- Taste the mixture and add more sugar if desired.
- Pour your favorite milk into a tall glass, adding ice if making iced coffee.
- Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk.
- Stir vigorously to combine and enjoy.
