Instructions
- Combine instant coffee, honey, and hot water in a medium-sized bowl.
- Whisk or use an electric mixer on low speed for 15-20 seconds until dissolved.
- Increase speed to high and beat for 60-90 seconds until stiff peaks form.
- Pour your milk into a glass and add ice if desired.
- Top the milk with the whipped coffee mixture and serve.
- Stir gently to combine the milk and whipped coffee.
