Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients for the cupcakes until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients for the cupcakes.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- In a bowl, beat together the ingredients for the frosting until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the peppermint frosting.
