Instructions
- Fill the mason jar with thyme, lavender, and grapefruit peel.
- Fill the jar with vinegar.
- Screw on the lid, using parchment if it's metal to protect from vinegar.
- Shake well and let sit for at least 24 hours.
- Strain through a strainer, then again through a paper towel or cheesecloth.
- Pour the strained liquid into a spray bottle and dilute with water if necessary.
