Muffuletta Hot Dogs

Instructions
- Mix the peperoncini, brine, red onion, and oregano in a bowl and let it stand for 30 minutes before draining.
- Prepare the barbecue to medium-high heat and grill the hot dogs.
- Place the buns, flat side up, on the grill and cover with 2 slices of cheese.
- Grill until the cheese melts and the hot dogs are heated through, about 5 minutes for the hot dogs and 3 minutes for the buns.
- Transfer the buns and hot dogs to plates and top with pickled onions, tapenade, and peppers.
