Warm Brussels Sprouts and Sage Salad

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add brussels sprouts, onion, and celery; cook covered for 5 to 6 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the brussels sprouts start to brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, sage, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the brussels sprouts and cook for an additional minute until well mixed and heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the orange slices.
- Toss with toasted almond slices, serve warm, and enjoy!
