Instructions
- Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, then finely slice them.
- Toast the hazelnuts in a 325°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the dates and add them to a large bowl with the hazelnuts and red onion.
- Whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, cayenne, and black pepper.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and mix in the orange zest, saving some for garnish.
