Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and drizzle with maple syrup and salt, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, then let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shaved Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt, massaging for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooled walnuts and remaining salad ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
