Ingredients

Salad Base

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine shaved brussels sprouts, chopped apples, dried cranberries, pine nuts, and shredded parmesan in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.
