Instructions
- Mix the hard apple cider, dijon mustard, minced garlic, maple syrup, dry basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Slowly add olive oil to the mixture while stirring until well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine the shaved brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, diced hardboiled eggs, pecans, goat cheese, and bacon.
- Toss the salad and either mix in the dressing until just coated or serve the dressing on the side.
