Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Sauté the onion in a skillet until softened, then add the ground turkey and spices, cooking until browned.
- Incorporate the spinach, garlic, and half of the green onions into the skillet and cook briefly.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and almond milk together.
- Layer the hash browns in the baking dish, sprinkle with salt, then add the sausage mixture, and pour the egg mixture on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
