Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉/177℃ and grease the casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, sweet corn, grated nutmeg, and jalapenos, and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the corn pudding mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until set and golden brown on top.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
