Easy Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken

Thickening Slurry

Instructions
- Add the chicken breasts, chicken broth, and all ingredients for the teriyaki sauce to the Instant Pot.
- Seal the lid and cook on Manual > High Pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes after cooking.
- Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Set the Instant Pot to the Saute function and add the thickener, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the Saute function, slice the chicken, and return it to the pot.
- Serve the teriyaki chicken over cauliflower or brown rice.
