Instructions
- Heat oat milk with cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, whole cloves, ginger, and salt in a saucepan over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Brew the espresso or dark coffee while the oat milk is heating.
- Strain the oat milk through a fine-mesh strainer to separate the spices.
- Whisk the strained milk vigorously until frothy.
- Pour the brewed espresso into a mug and then add the frothed milk on top.
- Dust with ground cinnamon and gently stir to create a swirl design if desired.
