Instructions
- Prepare coffee or espresso and set aside.
- For the hot version, combine dairy-free milk and water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Add pumpkin purée, spices, and maple syrup to the saucepan and whisk until smooth.
- Incorporate the coffee or espresso and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- For the iced version, combine all ingredients in a jar, add ice, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Serve hot or iced, optionally topped with coconut whipped cream and spices.
