Instructions
- Combine brewed espresso or coffee, plant-based milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and maple syrup in a small pot.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring with a whisk until warm, but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and pour into two glasses.
- Top with whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
