Instructions
- Combine almond milk, pumpkin, and sugar in a saucepan and heat on medium until steaming.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- Optionally, blend the mixture for 15 seconds until foamy or whisk well if you don't have a blender.
- Pour in the espresso or strong coffee and stir to combine.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with cinnamon or whipped cream.
