Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Make the crust by grinding graham crackers into fine crumbs and mixing with sugar and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 15 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until medium peaks form.
- Spread dulce de leche over the cooled crust, layer banana slices on top, and then spread whipped cream.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving, and garnish with optional toppings if desired.
